  B.    Rear end panels - 12 ga. A40 galvannealed steel with 12 ga. treadplate steel overlays.
  C.    Bottom panels - 14 ga. A40 galvannealed steel.

X.     FRONT BULKHEAD:
 
  A.    14 ga. A40 galvannealed steel with formed top rail and three die formed reinforcing ribs.        Lower rib is designed for floor drainage. Inside has a 12 ga. treadplate steel overlay.
 
XI.    DOOR CONSTRUCTION:
 
  A.    Double panel construction of 20 ga. inner panel and 18 ga. outer panels. A40        galvannealed steel with high impact polystyrene honeycomb stiffener. Lower interior        cavity of doors are treated with automotive type rust preventive coating.
  B.    Latch - galvannealed rotary type paddle handle, tamper proof lock, fully weather        proof sealed galvannealed housing, riveted to door for ease of replacement. 1 pt. "T"        and 3 pt. "T" latches are also available as well as stainless steel.
  C.    Striker bolt - adjustable and arranged to lock insideprimary seal.
  D.    Hinge - full length with 5/16" dia. stainless steel concealed hinge pin with stainless steel        hinge blocks, and oilite bushings. One block welded with other block bolted for ease of        door replacement.
  E.    Door seal - full perimeter sealing flange with positive continuous contact with seal.        Primary door seal is automotive type neoprene.
  F.    Door holders - heavy duty double spring retainer on all vertical compartments. Cable        stays on both horizontal doors.
 
XII.   TRAYS & SHELVES:
 
  A.    (4) front compartment and (1) horizontal compartment divider trays Standard. Trays        are 16 ga. galvanized steel , 2" lip front and rear with divider slots on 2" centers. Vertical        and horizontal compartment trays are adjustable via clips on 4" centers.
  B.    (1) non-crane rear compartment shelf - standard. 1" lip on either end may be installed so        lip is up or down. Made of the same material as divider trays and also adjustable on 4"        centers.
 
XIII.  CRANE COMPARTMENT:
 
  A.    Reinforcement - 3/8" structural plate in front,rear, and back with (2) 1/2" steel mounting        plates (one inside compt. and one on outside of compt. top. This is welded to rear and        intermediate cross members and further supported by a 7 ga. fixed shelf between the        uprights. Outriggers should be mounted to this full width support (available from crane        manufacturer).
 
XIV.    PAINT:
 
  A.    Entire body underside and door interiors covered with automotive type undercoating        meeting OSHA and NFDA specifications.
  B.    Pre-Paint Preparation
 
       1.  All product surfaces cleaned with high pressure / high temp. power      wash system. (Fremont Industries 608PF) for maximum adhesion      and added rust and corrosion protection.
       2.  All galvanneal surfaces where grinding is required (e.g. to dress      welds) and any non-galvanneal steel that does not get undercoat      protection (e.g. treadplate floor) receives a vinyl wash primer      coating (.05-1.0 mil.) for added rust and corrosion protection      and superior adhesion (Sherwin-Williams E2-G973).
  C.    Primer
 
       1.  Interior and exterior - two component high solid acrylic urethane      primer sealer (Sherwin - Williams "Prime Shield") , cured with      VIC amine generator licensed through Sherwin-Williams , DFT      1.5-2.0 mils.
