  A.    The Low Profile Trailer Tow Body is designed for single or dual wheel 3/4 and 1-ton        chassis having cab-to-axle (C.A.) Of 56", 60" and 84".
 
II.    DIMENSIONS:

  A.    Heavy duty 1.50"x3"x1/8" square tube contoured bulkhead.
  B.    Single piece 12 ga. Panel with full width, laser profiled hole window.
  C.    Bulkhead welded to storage compartments and platform for added strength.
 
VI.    FENDER PANELS:
 
  A.    16 ga. galvanneal steel fender skirt
 
VII.   FRONT COMPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION:
 
  A.    14 ga. galvanneal steel "wrapper" per(1) piece
  B.    16 ga. galvanneal steel end panels and top insert

VIII.  COMPARTMENT DOOR CONSTRUCTION:
 
  A.    20 ga. Galvanneal steel -- 2-piece sandwich construction
  B.    Honeycomb core
  C.    Full length rod and bearing style door hinge with stainless steel pin
  D.    "T" handle twist door latch (all keyed alike)
  E.    Full perimeter uninterrupted automotive type door seal
  F.    Cable type door retainers (2) per door on horizontal doors.
 
IX.    TAILGATE:
 
  A.    Double wall construction; 14 ga. A40 galvanneal steel inner panel, 16 ga. A60 galvanneal        outer panel formed.
  B.    Lift & lock design (no pins or chains to remove) 3/16" x 1" link arm supports tailgate. Link        arm assemblies are galvanized for maximum rust protection.
 
X.     LIGHTING:
 
  A.    One rubber grommet mounted reflectorized body clearance light per side.
  B.    Rubber grommet mounted reflectorized lights - one per front corner, one per rear corner        and 3 light identification cluster at center. Stop/turn signal and back-up lights.
 
XI.     PAINT:
 
  A.    Entire body underside and door interiors covered with automotive type undercoating        meeting OSHA and NFDA specifications.
  B.    Pre-Paint Preparation
 
       1.  All product surfaces cleaned and conversion coated with high      pressure/high temperature power wash system (Fremont      Industries 608PF) for maximum intercoat adhesion and added rust      and corrosion protection.
       2.  All galvanneal surfaces where grinding is required (e.g. to dress      welds) and any non-galvanneal steel that does not get undercoat      protection (e.g. treadplate floor)receive a vinyl wash primer      coating (.5-1.0 mil. wet build) for added rust and corrosion      protection and superior adhesion (Sherwin-Williams E2-G973).
  C.    Primer
 
       1.  Two component high solid primer sealer (Sherwin-Williams "Prime      Shield" SCP041PA) cured with VIC amine generator licensed      through Sherwin-Williams, DFT 1.5 - 2.0 mils.
 
XII.   OPTIONS:
 
  A.    Gooseneck style hinged access door (15" x 16.5") -- flush mounted. 8" structural        channel drawbar included.
  B.    Pop-up hitch
  C.    Chassis mounting kit
  D.    Angled ICC bumper
  E.    Divider trays for compartments
