B. Pre-Paint Preparation |
| |
| |
1. All product surfaces cleaned and conversion coated with high
pressure/high temperature power wash system (Fremont
Industries 608PF) for maximum intercoat adhesion and added rust
and corrosion protection. |

2. All galvanneal surfaces where grinding is required (e.g. to dress
welds) and any non-galvanneal steel that does not get undercoat
protection (e.g. treadplate floor)receive a vinyl wash primer
coating (.5-1.0 mil. wet build) for added rust and corrosion
protection and superior adhesion (Sherwin-Williams E2-G973). |

Shield" SCP041PA) cured with VIC amine generator licensed
through Sherwin-Williams, DFT 1.5 - 2.0 mils. |
